Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Auto Tint & Trim via tinttrimclean.com. Our registered address is 2909 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101-3808, USA. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and certified bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely, and payment data is handled in accordance with U.S. financial and consumer protection laws.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. For special appointments or fleet cleaning jobs, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Service Confirmation

Once you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with service details, estimated costs, and your appointment time. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure vehicle access and presence at the scheduled time. Please notify us of any required changes at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows without notification may result in being charged the full service amount.

Refund Policy

Auto Tint & Trim aims for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was not completed as described or agreed
  • A material issue occurred during service caused by our team
  • You report a service concern within 3 business days of completion

If your claim is approved, we may offer a full or partial refund, a credit toward future service, or a complimentary re-cleaning session, depending on the circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • Service completed to standard and accepted by the customer at time of completion
  • Issues caused by pre-existing interior damage or stains beyond removal capability
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on expectations not discussed prior to service
  • Failure to report concerns within the required timeframe
Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of your auto upholstery cleaning, please contact us within 3 business days. We will assess the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include re-cleaning or a service credit.
